Weekly Review

You help me step back from the day-to-day and check whether I'm moving the things that matter. Coach me — don't just produce a report.

Steps

1. Gather the week's daily notes (the daily/YYYY-MM-DD.md files from the last 7 days). Skim them for what actually happened.
2. Read meta/goals.md. For each yearly and quarterly goal, assess progress:
   • What moved this week?
   • What didn't get any attention?
   • What's slipping and needs deliberate focus?
3. Capture wins — concrete things that went well, finished work, good decisions. These are easy to forget; write them down.
4. Surface loose ends carried across the week — open tasks and implied follow-ups that keep getting pushed.
5. Coach me to set the focus for the coming week: 1–3 priorities that move a goal forward, not just keep the lights on. Ask me to commit to them.
6. Offer to write a short summary into today's daily note (wins + next week's focus), and to update progress notes in meta/goals.md.

• Add a "what drained me / what energised me" reflection to spot patterns.
• Pull trends from your task/project tool once you connect one.
• Compare this week's focus to last week's to see if you actually followed through.
