Workflow

1. Confirm the PRD is in context.
2. Explore the codebase.
3. Identify durable decisions:

• schema shape
• key models
• auth
• service boundaries

4. Break the work into tracer-bullet phases:

• end to end
• demoable
• thin
• include durable decisions
• avoid fragile file-level detail

5. Present phase breakdown:

• title
• user stories covered

Iterate until approved.

6. Write ./plans/<feature>.md.
