Find content files that are missing their Spanish (.es.md) counterpart.
.md files (excluding _index.md and .es.md files):
content/blog/content/readings/content/talks/$ARGUMENTS names a directory (e.g. "blog"), only check that one..es.md version exists.$ARGUMENTS
