Use this provider skill for authenticated GitHub operations through gh.
The runtime supplies the selected provider instance and the current user's
GitHub token. Do not ask the user to run gh auth login; this provider uses
AtlasClaw user_token credentials and non-interactive environment variables.
Check CI status on a pull request:
