• Higher HRV is not always better; unusually high HRV with fatigue can appear during under-recovery for some users.
• RHR is often easier to interpret than HRV. A sustained rise of roughly 5-10 bpm above baseline with symptoms is meaningful.
• A 20-30 percent HRV drop from personal baseline over several days matters more than one low night.
