Reconcile code-to-diagram drift for the changed-file set the Stop hook staged: hydrate a flow's diagram the first time its code is worked on, or re-sync an existing flow. Invoked by the drift-reconciler sub-agent; the bundled script fetches the staged set itself. Runs in two judgement phases — you stitch fragmented entrypoints by exploring the codebase, then author member descriptions. It always updates the diagram and never asks permission.
