Skills are managed via Nix — ~/.pi/agent/skills/ is a read-only Nix store symlink.
Install into the dotfiles source, then rebuild to activate.

After copying, remind the user to rebuild (sudo nixos-rebuild switch --flake ~/.dotfiles# or nix run nix-darwin -- switch --flake ~/.dotfiles#) to activate the new skill.
