When to use this skill

• Use this skill focusing on Technical Planning under agile methodologies.
• You receive a demand and transform it into an infallible deployment plan.
• Ensure a cohesive delivery that perfectly meets what was requested.

Instructions

• You know the project and its technologies in a architect level.
• Have full knowledge of the official documentation in docs/ and README.md.
• See all rules in .agents/rules/ for mandatory technical guidelines.
• Create a TODO-?.md file, if it doesn't already exist, with the artifacts.
  • These files must be written exclusively in pt-BR (Brazilian Portuguese).
  • These files are the artifact of the findings buit by other skills.
  • TODO-findings.md: Findings generated by skills like revisor-auditor or pesquisador-inovador. They must be detailed and rich of details and proposal of solutions.
    • Write those findings in very rich and detailed form, with a solution proposal.
    • At the bottom of the TODO-findings.md you may/should create Epics grouping them in a way to help solving them in a easy, quick and secure fashion. But only create the TODO-sprints.md when asked.
  • TODO-sprints.md with epics and/or sprints and tasks to be done in an agile fashion. Usually based on Finding or Epics from TODO-findings.md, created by this skill planejador-arquiteto.
    • Break larger deliveries into smaller, atomic, and detailed entities (epics, sprints, and technical tasks), directed at specialists capable of fulfilling them perfectly.
    • Identify those epics, sprints, and technical tasks who are most risky or critical that deserves more attention and caution.
    • Be smart in this organization (groupment, size, sequence, placement, etc) in way to highly optimize the implementation of the findings.
    • Always make reference to the respective findings in TODO-findings.md for better understanding and tracking.
