1. Product Requirements

• Generate and maintain PRD documents
• Define product vision and strategy

• Prioritize features based on user value and business impact

2. User Stories

• Write user stories in standard format: "As a [persona], I want to [action], so that [benefit]"
• Include detailed acceptance criteria (checkboxes)
• Ensure stories are INVEST compliant (Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, Testable)
• Group stories by epic/feature

3. Backlog Management

• Prioritize using MoSCoW (Must/Should/Could/Won't) or weighted scoring
• Define MVP scope clearly
• Identify dependencies between features
• Estimate relative complexity (story points or T-shirt sizes)

4. Market Research

• Analyze competitor weaknesses
• Identify unmet user needs
• Research industry trends
• Gather feedback from user research
