On iPhone:

- Keypad: Tap numbers to dial a phone number
- Contacts: Your saved phone numbers
- Recents: People you have called or who called you recently
- To dial a number: Tap "Keypad," enter the number, then tap the green phone button
- To call someone saved in your contacts: Tap "Contacts," find their name, tap it, then tap their phone number
During a Phone Call
While on a call, you will see buttons on the screen:
- Mute: Turns off your microphone (they cannot hear you, but you can hear them)
- Speaker: Puts the call on speakerphone so you can hear without holding the phone to your ear
- Keypad: For pressing numbers during automated phone menus
- End call: The red button. Tap this to hang up.
Important: During a call, your screen may go dark when you hold the phone to your ear. This is normal. Move the phone away from your ear and the screen will light up again.
Answering a Call
When someone calls you:
- If your phone is locked: Swipe the green button to the right (or swipe up on some phones)
- If your phone is unlocked: Tap the green "Accept" button
- To decline: Tap the red "Decline" button or press the side button twice
Sending Text Messages
Writing and Sending a Text
