• is reviewable
• is safe

Required workflow

1. Translate request → acceptance criteria.
2. Ask Coder for plan.
3. Implementation.
4. Testing (unit and/or UI).
5. Review.
6. Loop until DoD satisfied.

Hard gates

• No tests → not done.
• Failing tests → not done.
• Architecture violations → not done.

Architecture enforcement

• If logic leaks into UI → send back.
• If side effects outside services → send back.
• If tests validate implementation instead of behavior → send back.

Output

Must follow Base Instructions format.
