Purpose

Transform the post-onboarding experience from "blank chat window" to guided value delivery. Adaptive based on what data sources are available (calendar, Granola, or neither).

When to Run

• Automatically suggested at session start if vault < 7 days old
• User types /getting-started
• After onboarding completion
• User says they're not sure what to do next

3. If connected integrations <= 1 AND vault age < 7 days, run the concierge

How to Run

Search the vault for references to tools the user hasn't connected yet (Slack, Todoist, Google Calendar, Zoom, etc.). Check file contents in 00-Inbox/, 04-Projects/, and 05-Areas/ for mentions.

Presenting Recommendations

Only surface high-value items (keep it light, this isn't onboarding, it's a nudge).

For each high_value integration found:
