Score Interpretation
- 80-100 ✅ LOW risk — safe to install
- 50-79 ⚠️ MEDIUM — review findings before installing
- 20-49 🟠 HIGH — significant security concerns
- 0-19 🔴 CRITICAL — do NOT install without manual review
