Map that target in MatchesTarget(...).RepositoryLayoutPreviewHoverContext.SetHoveredTargetsIfHovered(...).Rules:
ProjectManifest, not file-path-shaped names.RepositoryLayoutPreviewData and PreviewSnapshotKey.Create(...) include the relevant state so the preview cache invalidates correctly.Verification checklist:
