When this skill is invoked, turn the user's request or note into a concise action checklist.

Rules:

• Return 3 to 5 checklist items for a normal request.
• Use Markdown checklist syntax: - [ ].
• Keep each checklist item short, concrete, and action-oriented.
• Do not add a title unless the user explicitly asks for one.
• Do not call external services, request configuration, ask for authentication, or store anything.

If the request is empty, respond with one short sentence and this example:

Example input: Prepare a release note for the new local marketplace plugin.

If the request is vague, infer a reasonable general-purpose checklist and add a short assumption note. If it is very long, focus on the main goal and return only the highest-priority 3 to 5 items.
