Metis / magic-cli（必读）

• 优先使用内置 weather 工具（HTTP 直连 wttr.in，不要用 Shell 执行 curl）。在 Windows 上 Shell 往往会走 PowerShell，易出现 Invoke-WebRequest 交互或参数解析问题。
• 地点尽量用 英文（如 Nanjing、Beijing），与工具参数一致。
• 下列 curl 示例仅作 原理说明 或你在 非 Metis 环境 下手动验证时使用；在本 CLI / 网关内以 weather 工具为准。
