Build project components.
If $ARGUMENTS is "contracts" or "solidity": run forge build
If $ARGUMENTS is "rust" or "wasm": run task build:wasi
Otherwise (no args or "all"): run both forge build and task build:wasi
Report any compilation errors with file paths and line numbers.
