Emesso quando S-06 rileva che proj_weekly supera proj_primary come constraint binding (vedi sentinella.md rule S-06). Il Capitano applica C-09.

Variante di EMERGENZA quando il driver e' weekly. Esce dal team .weekly-halt.flag (vedi freeze_team.py / realtime-listen).

PEGGIORAMENTO POST-FREEZE (proj risale dopo essere scesa)

[SENTINELLA] [URG] PEGGIORAMENTO POST-FREEZE. proj risalita da P_min% a P_now% (+Δ punti). Il freeze non basta. Esegui freeze_team.py SUBITO + kill anche i Sonnet rimasti. Niente più operativi fino a reset finestra.

PAUSA TEAM (FATAL L4-SOFT, primo bridge totale fail)

Se persiste 2 cicli consecutivi escalo a HARD freeze.
