Actions
publish — instant (<1s)
Write content to Alfarrábio, get URL back. Files land under content/misc/ and the
returned URL is always https://alfarrabio.lerian.net/misc/<slug>.html.
Send complete HTML — Alfarrábio renders HTML only, so content should be a full
HTML document (<!DOCTYPE html> … </html>). Markdown and plain text are accepted but
auto-converted to a basic HTML page; for anything beyond simple prose, send your own HTML.

Constraints
