基于用户提供的参考文件，对一个 idea 做提取总结，优先使用第一性原理思考。
必须按阶段执行，不要跳步。每完成一个阶段，就把对应内容写入指定文件，而不是等全部想完再一次性输出。
默认输出文件名如下：
check_idea.mdtheory.md如果用户明确指定了别的输出路径，按用户要求覆盖默认文件名。
写入规则如下：

不需要细到 implementation，但要围绕核心 idea 与理论分析给出实验设计框架。
最终输出应满足：
check_idea.md 中包含阶段 1、3、4 的内容theory.md 中包含阶段 2 的完整理论内容idea 要 make sense，method 要 novelty，theory 要 perfect，experiment 要 solid，story 要 nice，要解决一个 tricky 的 problem。
