Lint Go code using golangci-lint per AGENT.md guidelines:
golangci-lint run --new-false --fix ${ARGUMENTS}
Default to ./... if no package path is provided.
If user wants to see issues without applying fixes:
golangci-lint run --new-false ${ARGUMENTS}
