If no URL or file is provided, ask the user: "What URL or file would you like me to summarize?"
For paywalled or blocked sites, add --firecrawl auto (requires FIRECRAWL_API_KEY).

If the user asked for a transcript but it’s huge, return a tight summary first, then ask which section/time range to expand.
