Core Workflow

1. Identify the final visual artifact.
2. Render, export, or open a preview that shows the actual final layout.
3. Inspect every edited page or image, focusing on dense text, captions, callouts, banners, borders, and edge-aligned containers.
4. Fix visible layout defects before delivery.
5. Re-render the changed page or artifact and inspect again.
6. Deliver only the visually clean version.

What To Check

• Text stays inside its intended box or container.
• All text is visible with no clipping.
• Wrapping does not create awkward truncation or overlap.
• Nearby text, lines, and shapes do not collide.
• Borders, separators, boxes, and arrows are continuous and aligned.
• Images render, are not accidentally dark/cropped, and show the intended subject.
• Page margins and safe areas are respected.

Decision Rules

• Do not trust editor state alone; inspect rendered output.
• For slide decks, check every page that was edited.
• For translated or rewritten visual text, expect expansion and verify fit.
• For tight containers, reduce text density, resize the box, or adjust font/line spacing rather than accepting clipping.
• If media is missing or placeholder-like, repair it before final handoff.

Verification

• A rendered preview was inspected.
• All edited text is fully visible.
• No text overlaps other content.
• No accidental wrapping breaks the design.
• No boxes, borders, or lines appear broken.
• Final artifact path or link points to the checked version.
