When to Use This Skill

• Auditing a completed chapter draft before final validation.
• Assessing technical accuracy and educational clarity.
• Evaluating depth of explanations against target audience level.

How to Use It

1. Read Project Context: Review book objectives and audience level from the project memory.
2. Act as Peer Reviewer: Critique the draft objectively as a blind peer reviewer. Assess:
   • Clarity of arguments and explanations.
   • Technical accuracy of concepts and code.
   • Pedagogical suitability for the target audience.
3. Log Decisions: Save the review notes, recommendations, and decisions to the decision log in ./memory/memory.json (Action: LOG_DECISION).
