CREATE - New Spreadsheet

Create a new Google Spreadsheet with optional headers and folder placement.

# Basic with headers

• --headers / -H - Comma-separated header names

APPEND - Add Rows

Append rows to the end of an existing sheet.

# Single row (comma-separated)

UPDATE - Modify Cells

Update specific cells or ranges with new values.

• --raw - Use RAW input (no formula parsing)

CSV IMPORT - Import CSV Files

Convert local CSV files to Google Sheets.

# Create new spreadsheet from CSV

Arguments:

• --file / -f (required) - Path to CSV file
• --title / -t - New spreadsheet title (creates new)
• --id / -i - Existing spreadsheet ID (appends to it)
• --sheet / -s - Target sheet name (default: Sheet1)
• --folder - Google Drive folder path
• --headers - Format first row as headers (bold, blue, frozen)

SHEETS - Sheet Management

Manage sheets within a spreadsheet (add, duplicate, rename, delete).

# List all sheets

# Add new blank sheet
uv run scripts/sheets.py --id "SPREADSHEET_ID" --add "NewSheet"

# Duplicate existing sheet (great for templates!)

Arguments:

• --id / -i (required) - Spreadsheet ID or URL
• --list / -l - List all sheets
• --add / -a - Name for new blank sheet
• --duplicate / -d - Source sheet to copy
• --rename - Sheet to rename
• --as - New name (required with --duplicate or --rename)
• --delete - Sheet to delete
• --force / -f - Skip delete confirmation
