Autonomous software development pipeline, lite edition: no GitHub dependency, git optional. Drives local markdown issue files to git commits (when a repo exists) or to a runs/ledger.md audit log (when it doesn't), fully AFK end-to-end. Trigger on "run auto-dev-lite on X", "implement the PRD AFK", "local pipeline go", or "start auto-dev-lite from the PRD". Chinese version: SKILL.zh.md (same folder)

Independent PRD quality gate — the measurable checkpoint between "spec produced" (req-dev-lite) and "build started" (auto-dev-lite). Scores a PRD on 11 dimensions (Volere 4 + 7 review labels): deterministic checks plus a fresh-context LLM judge, emitting .gate.json (machine-readable), .gate.md (human-readable), a PASS / PASS-WITH-OPEN-ITEMS / FAIL verdict, and a requirement_confidence value consumed by auto-dev-lite escalation (threshold 0.7). Trigger on "run prd-gate", "score this PRD", "gate this PRD", "/prd-gate".

Requirements-interrogation agent, local lightweight edition (no issue tracker). Trigger when the user says "grill my requirements", "review my requirements (local)", "local PRD", "req-dev lite", "pre-PRD", or "/req-dev-lite". Orchestrates grill-with-docs and layers Mom Test / Impact Mapping / 5 Whys / Specification by Example / Cockburn Extensions / INVEST / Volere QG on top, producing a local markdown PRD (with an Open Items section). Unlike the full req-dev, it creates no GitHub issues and needs no gh CLI. Chinese version: SKILL.zh.md (same folder)
