name ではなく必ず path を渡す。name は新規作成になってしまうpath は git worktree list に登録済みであれば、リポジトリ隣接ディレクトリ (例: <project>-<branch>) でも入れるpath 切り替えは .claude/worktrees/ 配下のみ)。先に /exit-worktree で戻ってから入り直すgit status を簡潔に報告する/exit-worktree を使うドキュメントやコードコメントから、読者にとって価値の無い記述を取り除いて最終状態だけにする。作業の過程・暫定の注記・自明な説明が残っているときに使う。
