After every Write or Edit to any .md file in the project. This includes:

prettier --write --prose-wrap always --print-width 80 <file_path>
IMPORTANT: Use the prettier CLI directly. NEVER use npx prettier. The
tool is installed globally — npx is unnecessary and slow.
