This skill prepares evidence for opportunity judgement.

Rules

• Separate source-backed facts from agent inference.
• Identify weak or missing evidence.
• Do not inflate relevance.
• Do not claim causality from search snippets alone.
• Preserve source URLs and dates when available.
• Classify every claim by its role in the ReCast decision: post-publication change, audience signal, background context, or not a ReCast signal.
• Use the old post's posted_at as the baseline for change/update/drift claims.
• Information before posted_at can be accurate and useful background, but it cannot support a post-publication change trigger.
• Mark whether a claim directly affects the old claim, conclusion, recommendation, tutorial path, or comparison frame.
• A fact can be high-quality but still low ReCast relevance if it does not affect the old content after publication.
• Field consistency is mandatory: if a claim did not occur after posted_at, it must not be classified as a post-publication change signal.
• If the old post did not specify a product/model/version, do not infer one. State that the version is unknown and treat version-specific facts as background unless they are clearly tied to the old post.
