Important: Orekit's CssiSpaceWeatherData has internal cache/generator requirements
that make it incompatible with trimmed CSSI files. Use the full SpaceWeather-All-v1.2.txt
from orekit-data instead (same CelesTrak source — F10.7/Ap are identical for overlapping dates).
