Detect and suggest blocked tool commands from recent sessions
Use when the user wants to start working on a task, ticket, or feature. Triggered by: ticket URLs (Jira, GitHub Issues, Linear, etc.), task descriptions, or requests like 'work on this', 'implement X', 'fix X', 'これをすすめて', 'これやって'. IMPORTANT: Before creating a new workspace, ALWAYS run /workspace-list first to check if a workspace already exists for the same ticket/task. If one exists, use /workspace-execute or /workspace-show-status instead. Creates workspace with README, clones repos, and plans TODO items via agents.
Add, remove, or modify TODO items
Review code changes and generate review reports
Create or update pull requests for all repositories (draft by default)
Continue working on an existing workspace by executing TODO items. Implements code, runs tests, makes commits. Use when the user wants to resume or continue work on a previously initialized workspace, or after /workspace-init completes.

ALWAYS use paths relative to the project root (where .claude/ directory exists).
The permission system in settings.local.json uses patterns like Edit(workspace/**) and Write(workspace/**). These patterns only match relative paths from the project root.
Correct:
workspace/{workspace-name}/README.md
workspace/{workspace-name}/TODO-{repository-name}.md
workspace/{workspace-name}/artifacts/reviews/{timestamp}/REVIEW-{org}_{repo}.md
Incorrect (will be denied):
/Users/.../workspace/{workspace-name}/README.md
../../TODO-{repo}.md
This applies even when your working directory is inside a repository worktree (workspace/{workspace-name}/{org}/{repo}/).
NEVER use cd in Bash commands. ALWAYS execute from the project root.
Use path arguments or -C flags:
# Git operations
git -C workspace/{workspace-name}/{org}/{repo} status
git -C workspace/{workspace-name}/{org}/{repo} add -A
# Other tools
npm test --prefix workspace/{workspace-name}/{org}/{repo}
Never do this:
cd workspace/{workspace-name} && git status
DO:
workspace/{workspace-name}/artifacts/DO NOT:
