Load this skill when you are going to work with Stratio semantic governance MCP tools: create ontologies, generate technical terms, build business views, SQL mappings or semantic terms, or refine virtual foreign keys after creation (technical tables via refine_foreign_keys, semantic views via refine_semantic_foreign_keys). Contains the mandatory rules, usage patterns and best practices for all governance MCP tools (create_ontology, create_business_views, create_technical_terms, refine_foreign_keys, refine_semantic_foreign_keys, etc.).

When to invoke: Before the first interaction with any semantic governance tool in a conversation, or when you need to refresh usage rules (immutable domain_name, user_instructions, destructive confirmation, ADD+DELETE ontologies, state detection).
