先回顧對話歷史，整理以下 5 個面向：
在 docs/session-logs/ 建立檔案，命名：YYYY-MM-DD-NN-<簡短主題>.md
序號 NN 從 01 起算，放在日期後、主題前，確保檔案按時序排列。
先 glob docs/session-logs/YYYY-MM-DD-* 取得當天最大序號，再 +1。

如果本次 session 有跨 session 需要持續記住的教訓（例如新發現的 SSH 地雷、config 陷阱），更新 MEMORY.md 對應段落。
不寫入一次性的 session 狀態（那些留在 session log 裡就好）。
在對話中輸出 session log 的摘要，讓 使用者 確認後再結束。
