Color

Motion

High-impact moments. Orchestrated page load with staggered reveals > scattered micro-interactions. CSS-only preferred. Motion library for React when available.

Spatial Composition

Unexpected layouts. Asymmetry, overlap, diagonal flow, grid-breaking. Generous negative space OR controlled density.

Visual Details

Atmosphere and depth: gradient meshes, noise textures, geometric patterns, layered transparencies, dramatic shadows, grain overlays. Never default to solid colors.

If frontend work lands here directly rather than through a design-system-specific flow, avoid generic AI-generated aesthetics by default.
