Use whenever the user wants to add one or more papers to the reading pipeline without writing full notes now — including "把这篇加进去"、"先 queue 几篇"、"这些论文之后再读"、"batch add these"、"save for later". Use even when the user does not say /intake explicitly.

Use when the user asks to tidy, check, or sync the repo — "帮我 lint 一下"、"索引好像不对"、"overview 没有更新"、"rebuild indexes"、"check for inconsistencies"、or after any large batch of reads/intakes/explores. Use proactively after multi-paper sessions even if the user does not ask.

Use when the user wants a finished note for a single paper — including "帮我读这篇"、"整理这个 PDF"、"write up this paper"、"take notes on arXiv:xxxx"、or asks to analyze one conference-list paper into a paper note before final topic归档. Use even if the user does not say /read.

Use when the user wants to improve an existing note without treating it as a fresh read — "这篇笔记写得不好帮我改一下"、"老笔记格式不对"、"有翻译腔清理一下"、"bring this note up to current standards"、or when the user opens a stale/incomplete note and asks about it. Use instead of /read when a note already exists.

Use when the user wants a quality check on existing notes without editing them — "这篇笔记好不好"、"帮我看看这组笔记质量怎么样"、"哪些笔记应该补充"、"audit my notes on topic X". This is a read-only skill: it produces a diagnostic report but never edits files. Use before deciding whether to run /refresh.

Use when the user wants to find existing content in the repo — "有没有关于 X 的笔记"、"我之前读过哪些 Y"、"把和 Z 相关的内容列出来"、"find notes on"、"search for". This is a read-only skill: it never writes files, never modifies overviews, never updates indexes. Use even when the user does not say /search.
