Build a single React component. Always:

TypeScript strict props interface
Tailwind CSS only for styling
Accessible markup with ARIA attributes
Co-located Vitest + RTL test

Control Flow

Dispatch implementer-prompt.md to build the component
Dispatch reviewer-prompt.md to review it
If ISSUES: re-dispatch implementer-prompt.md with the reviewer's ISSUES list appended, then re-dispatch reviewer-prompt.md (max 3 retries)
If still failing after 3 retries: tell the user in plain English what could not be resolved
If APPROVED: tell the user "[ComponentName] is ready."

Stack Reminder

No style={{...}} inline styles — Tailwind classes only
No any — all props must be typed in an explicit interface
No class components — hooks only
Test file: ComponentName.test.tsx in the same directory as ComponentName.tsx
