Use whenever the user mentions "email", "inbox", "mailbox", "unread", "messages", asks to "check email", "read my mail", "search for an email about X", "draft a reply", "forward that message", "archive old newsletters", "download attachment", "how many unread", or names specific folders (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Archive, Junk). Do NOT use for calendar/contacts-only work (use a dedicated calendar skill instead) or for services that are not configured in the user's Thunderbird (ask which account to use first).
