Score records, find gaps, and report — without changing anything. This is the safest way to show value on a tenant: every finding is evidence-based and reversible by definition.

It returns a score and the concrete findings behind it.aggregate_entities for the surrounding numbers (counts by category, status, or owner) so the report has denominators, not just anecdotes.
