Import a TypR bug into cases/ and drive it from repro to fix. Use when the user hits a bug in a TypR project and wants it turned into a reproducible case (from a `typr case snapshot` bundle, or directly from a live project directory plus a description of what's wrong) and then fixed here. Applies to the typr repo root (cases/ lives there).
