Add new MCP server

1. Add entry to .mcp.json
2. Restart Claude Code session
3. Verify with: HyperCode:<server>:list_tools

Prereqs:

• HyperCode:github needs a GitHub token configured for the MCP server.
• HyperCode:filesystem should be scoped to a specific repo folder, not /.
• HyperCode:redis requires a local server implementation (not included yet).

Tool naming (CRITICAL)

ALWAYS use fully qualified names in Skills:
