Grill a diff or PR for real bugs the way Greptile does, before committing or pushing. Repo-agnostic self-review: catches fail-open logic, lifecycle races, partial-failure state, stale caches, resource/lock leaks, conditional-compilation gaps, and doc/config drift, verifies findings by building/running, re-checks that a fix did not introduce a new issue, and reports a 0-5 confidence score with P0/P1/P2 findings.
