Generates Mermaid diagrams (flowchart, sequence, class, state, Gantt, pie, git graph) from Chinese or English natural-language descriptions. Use whenever the user asks to draw flowcharts, 流程图, 架构图, 时序图, 类图, 状态图, 甘特图, algorithm flow, system architecture, data pipeline, or any diagram via Mermaid. Output can be a copy-paste Mermaid code block (Markdown/GitHub/Notion/Feishu) or a rendered .svg file via mermaid-cli. Always ask the user which output format they prefer before generating.
