Step 1: Gather Materials

Read CANDIDATE-PROFILE.md.
Read Company Dossier and Job Offer.

Step 2: Context Analysis

Identify Type (Screening, Technical, Final) and Format.
Adjust preparation strategy accordingly.

Step 3: Prepare Answers

Elevator Pitch: Draft a 30s intro based on the Profile's "Professional Summary".
Why Us?: Connect Profile goals with Company mission.
Strengths: Select 3 key strengths from the Profile that match the job.
Weaknesses: Prepare a constructive answer based on "Development Areas".

Step 4: Stories & Examples

Select STAR stories from the Profile's "Career Trajectory" and "Signature Project".
Adapt them to likely questions (Problem-solving, Leadership, Technical).

Step 5: Questions & Logistics

Prepare 3-5 insightful questions for the interviewers.
Create a logistics checklist (Tech check, research interviewers).

Step 6: Create Plan

Create a preparation file using the template in references/templates.md.
