ClauseForge
AI-powered legal document automation built on Flask + Google Gemini. Intelligently fills PDF forms, generates pleadings, and validates jurisdiction-specific compliance.
Tradeoff: ClauseForge accelerates drafting. It does not replace licensed attorneys. All output requires human legal review before filing.
1. Start from the Form, Not the Facts
Upload the PDF first. Let the field extractor tell you what's needed. Do not guess field names.
2. Jurisdiction Dictates Format
Select state, county, and court type BEFORE drafting. California formatting breaks Texas filings. Validation catches this.
3. Map Facts to Fields Explicitly
When uploading case facts, state them in plain English. The Gemini mapper expects narrative, not structured data. It translates.
4. Validate Before Saving
The legal_validator service checks case numbers, party names, addresses, and jurisdiction-specific fields. Never save an unvalidated PDF.
5. Human Review is Mandatory
ClauseForge drafts. Humans file. Every generated document goes through review before submission to any court.
