Every Book entry must have either Fiction or Non-fiction in its Tags. Apply this when creating a new book or editing an existing one. Both options already exist as tag options in the DB. This is critical for the notion-media-sort tool, which lets the user filter by Fiction vs Non-fiction.
All calls use Authorization: Bearer $NOTION_TOKEN and Notion-Version: 2022-06-28.
