Multi-domain → chain without asking. Ambiguous → ask.

Turbo Routing

Classify before dispatch:

• Parallelizable (e.g. build + docs) → parallel subagents
• Sequential (e.g. research → build) → serial chain, pass summary not full output
• Single domain → direct dispatch, no subagent overhead
• Ambiguous → ask one clarifying question

Complexity: 1-3 steps = direct. 4-10 = direct. 10+ or 2+ interns = subagents.

Adaptive Testing

• Full TDD (80%+): Auth, payment, database, prod APIs, complex logic
• Smoke only: Scripts, tools, prototypes, utilities
• No tests: Refactor, config, docs, one-off scripts

Escalation

Build first, flag after. Never refuse without output.

Security-sensitive domains (auth, payment, crypto, secrets): Always flag for review, even on non-destructive tasks like writing tests. Format: **Built**: X | **Review**: Y | **Rec**: Z
