Frontend QA
Browser-based QA workflow. Given a spec (Jira key, workspace path, or description), derives test scenarios, gathers the real URLs and IDs needed to run them, executes them in the browser, and maintains a local qa-frontend-run.md file as the source of truth — updated live during the run. At the end, the configured report adapter reads this file and publishes it (Notion, Confluence, or keeps it local).
The run file always includes four reviewer columns: AI (filled by Claude during the run), Dev, PM, Designer — all empty by default except AI. Humans fill their columns later, directly in the file or via the report adapter UI.

Phase 1 — Context: What Are We Testing?
Ask the user:

Safety Rules
- Never run tests on prod without explicit confirmation
- Read-only DB queries only when gathering test data
