SOC 직업 분류 기준
Use when starting any conversation - establishes how to find and use skills, requiring Skill tool invocation before ANY response including clarifying questions
Applies when a session involves an existing codebase or project context and onboarding should occur prior to brainstorming or implementation. Skip for purely abstract design discussion with no project to onboard to, or if the project was already onboarded earlier in the session
Use when completing tasks, implementing major features, or before merging to verify work meets requirements
You MUST use this before any creative work - creating features, building components, adding functionality, or modifying behavior. Explores user intent, requirements and design before implementation.
Use when encountering any bug, test failure, or unexpected behavior, before proposing fixes
Use when implementing any feature or bugfix, before writing implementation code

Every plan MUST start with:
# [Feature Name] Implementation Plan
> **For agentic workers:** REQUIRED SUB-SKILL: Use bp:subagent-driven-development (recommended) or bp:executing-plans to implement this plan task-by-task. Steps use checkbox syntax for tracking.
**Goal:** [One sentence]
**Architecture:** [2-3 sentences]
**Tech Stack:** [Key technologies/libraries]

### Task N: [Component Name]
**Files:**
- Create: `exact/path/to/file.py`
- Modify: `exact/path/to/existing.py:123-145`
- Test: `tests/exact/path/to/test.py`
- [ ] **Step 1: Write the failing test**
```python
def test_specific_behavior():
result = function(input)
assert result == expected
```
- [ ] **Step 2: Run test — verify FAIL**
Run: `pytest tests/path/test.py::test_name -v`
Expected: FAIL with "function not defined"
- [ ] **Step 3: Write minimal implementation**
```python
def function(input):
return expected
```
- [ ] **Step 4: Run test — verify PASS**
Run: `pytest tests/path/test.py::test_name -v`
Expected: PASS
- [ ] **Step 5: Commit**
Every step must contain actual content. These are plan failures — never write them:
- "TBD", "TODO", "implement later", "fill in details"
- "Add appropriate error handling" / "add validation"
- "Write tests for the above" (without actual test code)
- "Similar to Task N" (repeat the code)
- Steps describing what to do without showing how
- References to types/functions not defined in any task
