Cross-check velbusaio/module_spec/*.json against the published Velbus protocol manuals from github.com/velbus/moduleprotocol. Fetches the protocol PDFs, extracts their text, and reports module-id/name mismatches and transmitted command bytes that are missing from a module's CommandToClass.
