This typically:

creates app/jobs/<name>_job.go

Runtime architecture

Queue initialized via jobs.InitJobQueue() in main.go.
Worker count controlled by config.JOB_QUEUE_NUM_WORKERS.
Jobs are typed via models.JobType* enums and payload bytes.

Implementation workflow
